Amediate Engineering delivers custom stainless steel brewing systems—vats, fermenters, pipework, and more—for NZ microbreweries nationwide.
From the West Coast to Wairarapa, New Zealand’s craft brewing scene is booming—and Amediate Engineering is proud to be quietly behind the scenes, helping it grow.
Over the past few years, we’ve fabricated and installed brewing vessels, fermenters, pipework, and custom equipment for nine different microbreweries across the country. Each one had its own personality, brewing process, and spatial challenge—and each one needed a partner who could make it all work.
That’s where Amediate comes in.
Our team specialises in precision stainless steel fabrication, making us ideally placed to support brewing projects that require hygiene, durability, and visual appeal. But more than that, we bring a problem-solving mindset that brewers love—because no two setups are ever the same.
Some needed bespoke vats to fit into repurposed industrial buildings. Others wanted unique process modifications—sparge arms, glycol jackets, or pump-mounted fermenters—to match their brewing styles. In every case, we listened, prototyped, refined, and delivered equipment that worked from day one.
Whether it’s a 1,000L pilot system or a full production brewhouse, we tailor:
– Mash tuns, boil kettles, and fermenters
– CIP systems, manways, and support frames
– Pipe runs, platforms, and valve configurations
– All to NZ brewing standards and site-specific layouts
We understand the importance of clean welds, food-grade finishes, and solid handling systems—and we’re just as happy installing on-site as we are fabricating from drawings.
For brewers who want custom gear without the cost blowouts or offshore delays, Amediate offers a local, responsive, and genuinely collaborative option.
