Collaborative Design 

We begin every custom project with consultation—reverse-engineering existing parts or building from concept drawings to develop accurate 3D CAD models. We will develop drawings to confirm your requirements, and ensure that we have the right information for error free manufacturing. We also provide expert material selection advice to ensure optimal balance of strength, weight, and corrosion resistance.

Finishes & Surface Treatments

Our custom projects often require standout finishes. With our local partners, we offer galvanising, powder-coating in UV-stable colours, anodising and chem-film for aluminium, and brushed or mirror-polished stainless steel. Decorative patinas and antiqued effects are also available—applied in tightly controlled conditions for uniformity across batches.

Assembly & Installation Support

Where required, we pre-assemble components in workshop jigs, package them for efficient on-site installation, and supply full method statements. Our installers use laser alignment and torque-certified fixings to ensure seamless integration of custom parts into your environment.
