Phillip is a significantly experienced financial and operational leader, having played a pivotal role in building a group of businesses that spanned financial services, lending, insurance, accounting, IT and remote staffing.

Phillip has been involved in assisting with Mergers and Acquisitions of a number of businesses in a variety of industry sectors as CFO and COO over the last decade. This has included implementation of improved business processes to assist with improved operations and business growth.

More recently Phillip has joined MCRO Capital as Group CFO, overseeing various subsidiaries financial operations and strategy.
