Jacob Brown-Bayliss

Jacob began his career with Amediate Engineering, completing his apprenticeship here over a decade ago. Since then, he has grown through the company as a Tradesman and now serves as Lead Hand, supporting the day-to-day coordination of workshop activities.

With strong hands-on experience in fabrication and site work, Jacob also manages all of our CNC and CAD programming, assists with material ordering, and is developing his skills in quoting and job planning. His deep understanding of the business, practical mindset, and steady presence make him a trusted part of the team and a valuable bridge between the floor and project delivery.
